Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, and size of the product. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to track your order through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please take clear photos and contact us immediately before opening the package. We will assist in resolving the issue as per our replacement or refund policy.

9. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within India. International shipping will be added in the future.
